Purpose
My love for fitness and training exploded at university. I loved the feeling of pushing myself to new heights, seeing my body and strength grow and the rush from a post-workout high.
I’ve enjoyed exploring many different ways to stay fit, from boxing to triathlons, to a wide range of sports, including martial arts. I believe variety keeps you on your toes, challenges you in new ways and is also a great teacher.
Growth
Through life, I’ve had my fair share of ups and downs and so I know first hand that losing weight, gaining muscle and improving yourself is is far from easy. There will be times when progress feels slow.
But I’ve learned that transformation comes from staying consistent, bouncing back when things don’t go to plan and keeping a long-term perspective.
With the right mindset and support, the process can be enjoyable and you can become the best version of yourself.

The Never-Ending Journey
I like to regularly challenge myself to see what I’m made of and to make sure I don’t get complacent. One of the biggest challenges I set myself in recent years was cutting down to 7% body fat. Reaching that goal was incredibly rewarding, but the biggest lesson wasn’t the result itself, it was everything I learned along the way about my body, my mindset and what I’m capable of.
That’s how I approach training now. It’s about continually learning, improving and challenging myself.
I’m now on a journey to become the Real Life Black Panther. Minus the spandex.
Because continuous improvement doesn’t have an end destination. It’s a lifestyle.
